a. The Balanga Business Directory is a FREE online business listing developed through a partnership between Yoonet Philippines and the City Government of Balanga. It is designed to help registered local businesses in Balanga promote their products and services and be easily found online by customers.
For customers, the directory makes it simple to find the businesses they’re looking for and access important information such as contact details, location, and services offered.
I’m new to this, so I’m unsure what business information I should include when submitting my business to the Balanga Business Directory.
a. To get started, make sure to include the following key details:
- - Business Name
- - Complete Business Address
- - Contact Details such as business mobile number, telephone number, email address (if there are any), etc.
- - Business Hours
- - Business Logo (if there are any)
- - Social Media Profiles (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, etc.)
- - Proof of business ownership such as Business Permit, BIR Registration, etc (any of the following)
- Providing complete and accurate information helps customers find and connect with your business more easily!
How do I register my business on the Balanga Business Directory website?
a. You can submit your business by visiting https://www.balanga.com.ph/submit and completing the required details before submitting.
Can I register my business even if it is not registered?
a. No, the Balanga Business Directory only accepts registered local businesses in the City of Balanga.
Can I register my business if it is outside Balanga?
a. At this time, the Balanga Business Directory is exclusively for registered businesses within the City of Balanga. However, we hope to expand in the future to include all registered businesses in Bataan.
How can I update my business information?
a. To update your business details (e.g., incorrect phone numbers, email addresses, or addresses), please email mabuhay@balanga.com.ph or contact Balanga Business Directory’s Facebook page with the necessary updates.
Note: Verification of your association with the business is required before any changes can be made.
Why are my contact details listed on the Balanga Business Directory website without my consent?
a. For any concerns about your contact details appearing on the website, please feel free to contact CEDIPO (Invest in the City of Balanga) through their Facebook page, email address, or mobile number.
